Are there any limitations on where and when I can download?

No. Once you have set up a subscription to our program, you will be able to download from any location with internet access.

Do I have to purchase a starting library or can I just subscribe to new downloads?

Yes, the library is optional.

How does your download service compare to my current ERG CD subscription?

You will have access to a much wider range of music than is on our CD’s! New songs are constantly being added to our library so you will be able to access them sooner, plus you will have access to remixes and alternate mixes of popular songs not on our CD’s. Don’t forget, your monthly downloads are not limited to new material, if a client requests an older song that you don’t have you will most likely be able to find it in our library. If you have internet access you can even download it on the fly at an event!

Are your music files encrypted?

Yes, our music files are encrypted. All you need to play them is an encryption key and protected version of your DJ software which we provide. You can play our files or download our files to any device when you have the key plugged in and the protected player available, so no problems with back up or switching between systems.

Can I copy my music to multiple hard drives or computers?

Yes, you can copy our files to as many drives as you like; in fact we recommend it and can provide you with additional portable drives specifically for back up.

Can I store and use my own music together with the HD songs?

Yes, there are no problems with compatibility, HD songs and regular files can be stored and played together.

How can I stay current and make sure I get the music I need?

We will let you know the top songs each week in each music genre so that you are always prepared. Our website makes it easy to see what’s new and what’s charting, you can even download songs based on what’s on ERG Nu Traxx Series CD’s.

Is it legal for a DJ to use your music?

All HD files are fully licensed through the record labels for use by professional DJ's and other commercial users, this is one of the best legal ways for DJs to get music.

Do you support MAC?

We don't support the Macintosh operating system at this time.

What happens if I accidentally delete my songs?

We keep a record of which songs you have downloaded, and you will be able to download them again for free. If you have lost your whole library and don’t have time to download it, we can recreate it and send it to you for a small fee.

Can I use any DJ Player software with HD songs?

We support most WIN 32 bit software, running on Windows 32 OS, including popular DJ software such as PC DJ, Serato, Virtual DJ, MixMeister etc. If you are using less popular software we may not have a protected version available immediately but we can usually provide it within one business day.

If I already have an ERG Annual CD subscription, can I cancel it and apply any credit left to the HD-DJ progam?

Yes, you can either continue with you CD subscription as well as an HD subscription or switch a credit balance over and apply it to the membership fee or initial library.
